Our whistleblower system

We have a whistleblowing system for internal and external stakeholders to report actual or suspected violations of laws, regulations or company policies, including concerns about terrorist financing, human rights abuses and money laundering in our precious metals supply chain. You may use the form below to report a concern, including a suspected violation of our “Responsible Precious Metal Sourcing Policy”.

Anonymous enquiries and reports are welcome. Your name and contact details are optional. We protect your identity and handle reports confidentially.

We recommend submitting reports in Japanese or including a Japanese translation where possible. Reports in other languages may take longer to process or may not be fully addressed due to language limitations.

This form is for enquiries and information concerning our policies or conflict minerals. We do not respond to sales proposals.
